Guidelines for Visiting Eye Gotcha

COVID-19 Specific

Due to the nature of the business conducted at Eye Gotcha in order to protect our patients, clients, employees, and their loved ones we are required to implement safeguards to help prevent the spread of infection. Please review the following mandatory procedures and restrictions regarding patient and client visits to Eye Gotcha.
  • There is a strict 6 patient occupancy limit at Eye Gotcha.
  • Appointments will be required for all visits to Eye Gotcha during Shelter In Place.
  • Mandatory screening will be required to enter Eye Gotcha.  This includes but is not limited to health questionnaires and non-contact temperature reading.  Patients and clients will not be permitted entry unless they meet screening requirements.  If you are not feeling well, please stay home and contact Eye Gotcha to reschedule appointments.
  • Only the patient, the patient's caregiver, or one parent/guardian per patient will be admitted inside.  Spouses, family, friends, confidants, fashion advisors, and animals accompanying the patient will not be permitted inside the facility.
  • Guide animals are always allowed at Eye Gotcha but support and therapy animals are not permitted inside the facility.  All guide animals must stay under control of their handler at all times during visits.
  • Social distancing requirements must be observed inside the facility as well as while waiting outside.  This includes wearing face masks and standing 6 feet apart from other patients and clients.
  • Contact-less payment is preferred and highly recommended. Cash is accepted but handling cash is a risk to all parties and will be discouraged.  Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Required forms will be emailed to patient's and client's personal devices for completion.
  • All business that can be handled remotely is highly encouraged.  Patients can call the office to schedule appointments for any type of visit, order contact lenses, or for general questions.  Email and texting is also available, but there are limitations to what types of business we can conduct via email and text messaging.
